  • Crawlers*

    (Beginning at 6 months)

This adult-assisted class gives babies a chance to explore movement on their own in a safe environment. Also included is structured time during which a coach guides parents through activities and movements that target specific developmental processes.

  • Walkers*

(For children under the age of two who are able to walk)

This adult-assisted class allows toddlers to explore their new abilities to walk, climb, and roll as they develop more gross motor skills. Their natural curiosity is encouraged, and we hope to instill a love of learning at this early age. Coaches introduce basic gymnastics positions, as well as other beneficial movements like gripping, pulling, and balancing.

  • Hikers*

    (For two year olds)

Toddlers in this adult-assisted class practice their basic gymnastics movements while adding more developmental milestones like jumping on two feet and moving backwards with confidence. Children also begin to develop the ability to follow multiple directions at once. Coaches emphasize kindness and respect in this class.

  • Explorers**

    (For three year olds)

In addition to skills like jumping on one foot, children in this class begin to gain more independence. They continue to develop basic gymnastics skills while being guided, but not led, by their adult helper. A coach may eventually ask the parent/guardian assistant to step away, though all children respond differently and are ready for complete independence at their own pace.

  • Adventurers

    (For four year olds)

Adventurers will practice navigating gymnastics class with their newfound independence. A few challenging skills will be introduced; overcoming these obstacles without relying on a parent will help give them confidence in their own abilities.

  • Mountaineers

(For five and six year olds)

Mountaineers continue to practice basic gymnastics movements and positions while being challenged to perform more difficult skills. They also begin to incorporate form and presentation into their gymnastics. Coaches introduce concepts like determination, self-confidence, and overcoming fears in this class.
